• Texture & Smell: Our rope is unique and erotic. We treat all rope with a blend of mineral oil and beeswax derived by the ShibariArt.PL team. Different blends create two versions of our shibari rope: sensually soft to the touch, or a harsh, primal texture closer to the raw materials. • • Finished Lengths: Our standards are 2m/6.6ft, 4m/13.1ft, 6m/19.7ft,  8m/26.2ft, and 10m/32.8ft.  Feel free to reach out to us here for advice and guidance . We are always happy to share our experience and expertise.
  • Finished Diameters: All of our jute Shabari rope come in either 6mm or 8mm thicknesses. We strongly recommend the standard 6mm for versatility, with the 8mm being used mostly for a visually heavy duty or industrial look, or when tying multiple subjects together in a single suspension.
  • Natural Materials: When tied tight, the combination of friction and sweat causes mass produced and nylon ropes to sometimes grind into your skin, burning you with chemicals and industrial materials. In comparison, ShibariArt.PL jute ropes are made for complete skin contact with no irritation. Our ropes are also easy to clean up, and even machine washable (best between 30-40°C/86-104°F).
