Customs, Taxes, & Tariffs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not collect taxes or tariffs. ShibariArt.pl is not responsible for delays due to customs. Outgoing customs forms will be properly filled out and filed at the time of shipping.
Returns
ShibariArt.pl accepts returns ONLY if delivered item are not in accordance with the listing description and any agreements with the buyer during the purchase process. All our products are hand made to order. Personalization requests must be made at the time of purchase. Please buy responsibly and always feel free to contact us before purchasing if you need any additional information about the product. We are happy to advise and share our expertise at any time. Upon receiving an order, buyers have five business days to report any issues. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item.
